Embroidery

Embroidery is a decoration on fabric using thread to produce designs either by hand or machinery. This style of embellishing fabric creates a very rich look with high perceived value.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a photographic process that transfers artwork onto a porous nylon screen, which allows a custom color ink to flow onto the garment. This is the most common process to embellish t-shirt and sweatshirts.

Tackle Twill

Tackle twill is letters are numbers which are cut from polyester or rayon twill fabric that is commonly used for athletic teams and organizations. We regularly use this process in creating product for our own retail stores.

Digital Printing

We are proud to offer a new production method to our clients called digital printing. Digital printing works great for small order sizes and complex designs containing many colors. In contrast to the screen printing method, digital printing actually applies ink directly to the shirt thereby maintaining that soft to the touch feel.
