Job Description:

We are looking for a vibrant individual for our Embroidery Digitizer position. We need someone with the ability to think outside the box; take given designs and direct the outcome of the art on the garment. Taking a creative outlook and having some working knowledge of embroidery and/or graphic arts are all great skills that will help in the success of this position. 

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for creating and editing new and existing graphic artwork based on source images 
• Creation of production files to be used for custom logo embroidery on a variety of customizable products, as well as creating accompanying proofs for approval 
• Develop a strong working knowledge of graphic arts and digitization programs, including but not limited to Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Microsoft Office, and others, as necessary
• Create the production files to be used for custom logo decoration on a variety of customizable products, as well as creating proofs for customers
• Maintain high-quality turn-time for logo digitization, proofs, etc. to ensure high level of customer service
• Monitor the flow of orders through the artwork production queue, to ensure proper artwork lead times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge in Embroidery Digitizing programs preferred (Wilcom Embroidery Studio preferred) but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat a plus
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Computer systems
• Strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be capable of effectively managing and prioritizing individual projects, deadlines, and tasks. 
• Authorized to work in the USA
