Screen Printing

Screen printing is one of the most popular decoration techniques. It involves creating a stencil and applying layers of ink one at a time to acheive the final look. Screen printing is perfect for large print runs, color matching and guarantees a durable finish.

Embroidery is widely regarded as the premier form of decorating. In this process, your design is sewn directly onto the garment giving it a professional finish. We have 150 embroidery heads, state of the art embroidery machines and an in-house digitzing team to get you the best look for your uniform or apparel piece.

Tackle Twill/Laser Appliqué

Tackle twill is popular amongst professional, collegiate and high shool sports teams for both their uniforms and fan gear. Similar to embroidery, it involves sewing layers of laser cut numbers or letters together on a garment.

Additionally, many of our resort clients choose the laser appliqué to ensure a detailed finish or to imitate a jagged or irregular rugged cut around the design.

Heat Press Transfers

Decorating using heat press transfers is an easy, quick and cost-effective way to customize apparel. The process uses heat and pressure to transfer designs permanetly onto garments. You can personalize a wide variety of items and fabrics like adding names and numbers to jerseys.

Sublimation is a process of printing to fabric that provides a sharp and durable result that is sure to stand out. In sublimation, the inks are infused into the fabric as opposed to being applied on top.
